We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented Client Relationship executive to foster positive relationships with clients. Client Relationship Executives are also responsible for handling complaints and ensuring that these complaints are directed to the appropriate department to implement change.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Deal with the queries and complaints from the client and send responses (via email, phone, etc).
• Document the projects as per the requirement.
• Keep Track of emails and queries received.

• Communicate with developers and clients to resolve the issue.
• Communicate with the finance department and client for payment followups.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
• Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
