Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries in polite, friendly and professional manner
- Listen to client feedback and handle them effectively.
- Customer relationship Management
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned by team lead
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through email/chat and provide accurate, valid, and complete information
 
Requirements:
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication
- 6 Months to 1 year experience (Freshers can also apply)
- Preferred female candidates- Candidate must be ready to work in Canadian shifts(6 pm to 3 am)
