Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidates with excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision-making skills.
• Should be flexible to work in night shifts.
• Candidate should be a graduate with minimum 2-6 years of Experience in the relevant field.
• Shift – Evening/Night Shift

Responsibilities:

• Continuous interaction with the vendors and the clients based out of USA.
• Excellent Communication Skill in English.
• The job role will involve but not limited to back-office operations, analysis, and email or phone communication with Vendors and Client.
• Multitasking will be an essential requirement for this job role.
• Candidate  should be a proactive problem solver who would understand and properly interpret the client's requirements and track the order system.
• Exceptional handling of MS Office Suite, CRM & Web Based Applications with competent handling of phone calls and emails is required.
• Role: Associate/Senior Associate -(Non-technical).
