Designation :- Client Relationship Management Intern

Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create and nurture long-term relationships with clients (mainly HNI's)
2. Resolve any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with our services
3. Build relationships with key employees(higher management) among customers
4. Create plans to address clients' business needs
5. Advise clients on creating profitable processes
6. Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
7. Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
8. Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
9. Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
10. Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
11. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, business managers & senior management) to address customers' needs

1. Proven experience as a client relations manager or relationship manager would be an add on advantage

2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets

3. Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

5. Very well presentable and confident with problem solving skills

6. Ability to work well with a team and clients

7. Students from premium B schools or colleges would be an added on advantage
