• Structured cold calling to new clients, lead generation. 
• Coordination with the existing clients, Build relationships with key employees among clients.
• Create plans to address clients’ business needs
• Advise clients on creating profitable processes
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues to held desk, keep following for the same.
• Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
• Study competition to find new ways to retain clients, discuss & inform to higher escalation.
• Set sales targets and work diligently to meet them, Coordination with the team and working on inactive leads and lost leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, senior management) to address clients’ needs
• CRM software updating about the quotation and cold calling data.
• Lead Generation.
• Research about new clients.(Big news, Inputs from Team etc.
• Meeting with Sales team (Kiran sir & Team) on every Thursday, and every Friday with director with proper agenda.
• Assigned portals to gathers & search information.
• Newspapers advertisements, articles gathers information & add in list, follow up for the same.

·        Assign states & cities gather information from newspapers or other source for sales manager visits as and when needed at the time of tour.
