What is your role going to be?
Support for Boarding & Servicing application portfolio of 12-16 individual applications
Deployment Support
Triage issues with Windows Engineers, DBA, and Network Engineers
Support patching and verification schedules
Support for Boarding & Servicing application portfolio of 12-16 individual applications
All other standard support functions/activities
Cover 24x7 support function 24x5 from office & 24xWeekend on-call
Level 2/3 support for analyzing, troubleshooting incidents/issues at the application layer for apps built on dotNet platform
What are we looking for?
Overall experience of 2-4 years
Experience with Incident Management Processes
ITIL or other service-oriented certification Strongly Preferred
Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, Java, IIS, Apache servers
Ability to debug and analyze windows, web server and application logs
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving multiple systems
MUST be ready to work in shifts covering 24x5 and weekend on-call
An eye for details
This is a purely support role
Shift, on-call & overtime allowance applicable
