Currently we are having a vacancy for the post of a Client Service Coordinator at Kurla W, Mumbai, who will be responsible to provide support and assistance to the staff to ensure that internal operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities and Duties

Handle clients’ service requests and pass tasks to project managers.
Evaluating the quality of the company’s current services and identifying areas which are under-performing.
Evaluate their clients’ needs and based on evaluation of the clients’ needs, match the client with the service or services that best suit the clients’ needs.
Assess their clients’ satisfaction with the services they’ve been provided.
Listen to and respond to clients’ complaints if at any point in time, their clients’ become dissatisfied with the services they’ve been matched with.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Have a good command over English and Hindi languages.
A professional and friendly demeanour.
At least bachelor’s degree in any field.
At least two year work experience in any field.
