Currently we are having a vacancy for the post of a Client Service Coordinator who will act as liaison between eLanguageWorld and the client.
Responsibilities and duties:
-Handle all clients’ service requests by doing a thorough analysis of the request (rates, deadline, etc.) and pass details to the relevant team immediately
-Provides accurate, clear, and timely project instructions to all the team members working on a given project, and do a follow-up to ensure it is going as planned
-Maintains accurate, up-to-date and complete records of all quotes, jobs and clients
-Conduct performance evaluation of team members involved and provide appropriate feedbacks for improvements
-Ensure client queries are resolved immediately
Must have skills:
-Educated up to bachelor’s degree
-Ability to multi-task
-Team management skills
-Computer proficiency
