Job Description
ARC SOLUTIONS is hiring!
Job Title: Client Service Executive
Location: Lucknow
Terms: Full-Time
Salary: 15,000 to 25,000 per month
Rotational Shift ( Day work from office and night work from home)
Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with International Clients and answer queries regarding our
services.
2. Forwarding client’s projects to the Production team.
3. Handing over the projects to the respective clients after their
completion.
Required Qualifications:
● A graduate level degree in Business Management, will be preferred
Key Skills:
● Excellent written and verbal English and communication skills.
● A good knowledge of Sales and Marketing in advertisement
industry is preferred.
● A customer-oriented attitude
● Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
