We are hiring a Client Service Executive with 2–3 years of B2B experience to manage client communication, coordinate with internal teams, ensure timely service delivery, and resolve issues efficiently. Responsibilities include acting as the primary client contact, supporting onboarding, maintaining records, tracking service requests, and monitoring account health to drive retention and satisfaction.
Requirements: Proven B2B servicing experience, excellent English & Hindi communication, problem-solving mindset, ability to multitask, and familiarity with CRM tools.
