Job Description

Responsible for:

Ensuring all aspects of daily operations of BCO run effectively and efficiently. Primary role is to provide the support function to BCO to achieve its vision and strategic objectives.


Responsible for end to end project management - includes project planning, delivery, client interaction troubleshooting, managing project, operational parameters and people management.


Purpose of Role


  • Interface between Client and Internal Functions/ Departments

  • Act as the Client’s Single Point of Contact

  • Ensure client’s requirements are well articulated and satisfied

  • Work towards achieving maximum client satisfaction

  • Track milestones against interval dates and notification

  • Send Weekly status update on all circuits (update status tracker spreadsheet for each client)

  • Proactively manage and resolve project issues, risks and conflicts.

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered within scope, time, budget and quality.

  • Organize Weekly Project Review meetings



Key Responsibilities


• Play a significant role in long-term planning.


• Maintain the administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison at a level acceptable to the Management.


• Attend regular meetings with the Directors around planning and strategy.

• Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy.


• Develop an environment with systems and processes in place which will enable and encourage business opportunities.


• Developing and ensuring execution of Operational Processes to efficiently operate and grow the business


 • Strategizing and executing projects aligned with the company vision and setting aggressive timelines to achieve them


• Proactively experimenting new processes and technologies thus promoting an Innovative and Entrepreneurial culture within the team


• Setting the vision, direction and culture of the team by managing individual expectations and aspirations


• monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence.



Experience & skills


  • 3+ year in project management in creative or event industry

  • MS Office and collaborative tools (Google Doc)

  • basic knowledge of design software  (Illustrator/Photoshop)

  • Interest art / design /music is a plus
