Job Responsibilities:
•Deploying Business strategy initiatives for market visibility, penetration and revenue generation
•Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing and payment collection
•Provide customer support via chat, phone, and email to ensure the conversion of potential leads into customers
•Maximizing sales and profitability while dealing with clients
•Develop lasting relationship with the clients
•Follow up on the qualified prospects
•Analyse the market trends and provide timely feedback
•Updating and maintaining the daily sales reports
•Ensure timely delivery of service to customers
•Contribute creative solutions to manage the sales of a growing company.
•Ensure conversion of potential leads into customers.
•Update operations and sales related data in Excel or Google Docs.
•Work proactively to provide client marketing needs with the greatest amount of added value by communication.
•Receive client requirements and briefing
•Cooperate with customer and agency inquiries.
