We are searching for a courteous Client Services intern who has great people skills to help our business prioritize existing customers. The Client Services intern should provide timely solutions to client’s problems, build sustainable and continuous relationships with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a portfolio of all work completed during the period of internship
Provide support with general office administration-related duties as and when assigned
Assist in coordination of campaign and project activities
Coordinate planning and execution of advertising activities for clients
Acquire knowledge of clients’ business and anticipate needs, solutions and opportunities
Proofread copy, proofs and other media for accuracy
Track and analyze competitive activity and consumer trends • Initiate jobs under the direction of account management.
Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.
Raise invoices and follow up on payments
SKILLS
Business Degree or related qualification.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and multitask.
Computer literacy.
Calm, polite, and professional behavior.
Reliable and self-motivated.
General business knowledge.
High service orientation.
Excellent writing, editing and personal skills
Proficient in Microsoft and internet applications
Well organized and responsible for timely completion of work
Enthusiasm for the field of advertising and marketing
