We are seeking a dedicated Client Servicing intern to join our team and assist in managing our bulk users for our affiliate business. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We are seeking a dedicated Client Servicing intern to join our team and assist in managing our bulk users for our affiliate business. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and organizing bulk user data for our affiliate business
- Communicate with bulk users to gather necessary information related to affiliate business
- Ensure smooth onboarding of bulk users
- Provide necessary support to bulk users
- Monitor bulk users' progress towards affiliate business goals and provide regular feedback
- Identify and resolve issues related to bulk user management for affiliate business
- Collaborate with management to improve affiliate business user management processes
- Maintain accurate records of bulk user data for affiliate business
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing or a related field. Freshers are also welcome who are keen in learning the affiliate bulk buyers program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing or e-commerce is a plus
