Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the client servicing team to comprehend client goals, requirements, and preferences
2. Contribute to the formulation and execution of social media strategies aligned with client objectives
3. Schedule and publish social media posts using appropriate tools and platforms
4. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly while maintaining the brand's voice and tone
5. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms, providing insights and recommendations to the team
6. Compile and analyze social media performance metrics, creating regular reports for clients to showcase campaign effectiveness
7. Work alongside the creative team to develop visual assets, such as graphics, videos, and infographics, to resonate with the target audience
8. Attend client meetings and contribute valuable insights and ideas to enhance social media strategies
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
2. Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective audiences
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
4. Prior experience in social media management or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory
