Social Dine jobs - Client Servicing

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Cultivate solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service
2. Create a positive onboarding experience for new clients
3. Interact with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings regularly
4. Engage in coordination between the client, and the internal team
5. Take accountability & responsibility for the client's campaign performance
6. Identify ways to overcome the challenges faced by clients
7. Maintain an accurate record of all existing and potential clients
8. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
9. Up-sell and cross-sell our services to the existing clients
10. Manage client's billing including the follow-ups for the payment, if required
