Reporting and analysis: You will be responsible for analyzing project data and generating reports on project progress and results. This will involve working with data and analytics tools to measure and report on project success.
Research: You will need to stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and technology, and conduct research to identify new opportunities for clients.
Administrative tasks: You will be responsible for administrative tasks such as preparing presentations, proposals, and project status reports.
Client retention: You will be responsible for retaining clients by providing excellent customer service and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services.
