Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a strong, flexible, and entrepreneurial individual to manage a large number of SaaS clients on our Creative Professional suites. The Ideal individual should be great at Analytics, People relations, and Processes as we are looking to set up processes and systems which can scale the Client Success Team in the coming months.
- Develop long-term relationship between a large number of clients and the company
- Build a complete understanding of Spyne Creative Product Suite
- Manage Client onboarding process on Spyne Creative Product Suite
- Resolve key issues and complaints from the clients
- Measure, track and analyze product usage metrics
- Establish strong communication loop with the clients to increase engagement on product
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Business or any related discipline
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation skills, with incessant ability to follow-up on client requirements
- Past experience in SaaS company will be a big plus
- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
