Job Description
- Position: Clinic Receptionist
- Clinic Specializations: MD Psychiatrist, MBBS Cosmetologist, BHMS General Physician
- Experience: Graduates preferred
- Responsibilities:
- Manage patient interactions with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate and schedule appointments across multiple medical specializations
- Oversee administrative tasks, including paperwork for patients
- Efficiently manage clinic fees and cash collection
- Generate bills and maintain accurate records
- Organize and manage staff schedules
- Communicate medical results to patients under clinical supervision.
