Job Description

Looking out for the role of Clinical Director for a renowned Veterinary Hospital started by a well known brand.

Desired candidate should have 10-15 years of clinical veterinary experience; preferably in a hospital environment

Extensive leadership experienced – shows evidence of having recruited and run an effective clinical team

Preferably a specialist in their field with an area of special clinical interest

Well networked in the Mumbai veterinary ecosystem with the ability to quickly navigate the sector.

Resolution of clinical complaints in a timely and professional manner maintaining our good reputation and that of the team. Using these as an opportunity to reflect and improve our processes, standards and protocols. Influencing and leading the team to change embedded ways of working to improve outcomes.
