Job Description

Job Title - US Mortgage-Closing Associate End to End Closing 
Experience- Min 1 Year of US Mortgage Closing experience is mandatory
Fresher do not apply-Ditech closing process involves the review of loan documents as per the guidelines provided by Ditech to ensure they are good to be processed 
This process also involves closers to review the documents and identify if the insurance and taxes are to be collected or it needs to escrow Once the documents are reviewed the initial docs are sent to the title company to prepare the CD CD review is a subprocess in closing where closers ensure the CD prepared
