Primary Responsibility

We are looking for the top talent in the industry, highly-skilled in complex cloud deployments and adept at troubleshooting complex cloud-based workloads, and you will be skilled at multiple scripting languages. This role will encompass a focus on security and compliance while also driving for more availability, velocity and quality to impressive scale. The right candidate for the role will have multiple years of experience with Microsoft Azure.

In this role you will be part of an agile engineering team responsible for designing, deploying, and managing the tools and processes used to enable our largest clients to deploy additional workloads into Azure and increase their consumption of the platform by providing deployment guidance, supporting development of the customers’ cloud adoption model, and providing appropriate recommendations to overcome blockers. Overall, you will participate on the deployment of projects, creation of collateral, and training of the capabilities you have worked to develop with our clients so our support floor and implementation teams may best continue day to day support- helping your customers continue to grow and reach their full potential in the cloud!

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITY: candidatewill have experience / expertise in the following:

(i) Experience of migrating workloads to the Azure cloudplatform

(ii) Hands on experience with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) and Terraform templates and script tools, including PowerShell, Azure CLI, JavaScript, Shell scripts, Python, or similarlanguages

(iii)Experience using integrated development environments (e.g. Visual Studio, Visual Studio Co Eclipse, XCode) targeting Windows, public clouds (i.e. Azure)required

SUPERVISION: Operates under moderate supervision.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field and experience in Cloud Engineering role. Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and growing cloud consumption share in large or highly strategic accounts.
