Project Role Description

Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks),execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Managing the packaged applications on Horizon Administration
• Managing VDI workloads on the Horizon infrastructure
• Packaging application as per the requirement
• Deploying full clones, linked clones and instant clones
• Deep technical skills in creating desktop pools with the best practices and environment configuration, understanding REPLICA and Parent VMs for Instant clones, Composer server LDAP configuration
• Patching and vulnerability Management on Horizon infrastructure servers
  

Technical Experience

• Managing the Hypervisor, where VDIs are hosted and troubleshooting Resource pool crunch issues
• In-depth understanding of dedicated and floating VDIs, security group management for VDI and application access
• In-depth knowledge of certificate management, renewal for Connection, UAG and Composer server
• Managing the DB where all Horizon site configurations are stored
