Job Description

Core Responsibilities -

Research, create, automate and integrate cloud security controls
Work with multi-disciplinary teams and develop products & solutions integrated with various cloud security audit tools
Create security architectures, threat models, identify security vulnerabilities, perform security testing and improve the security posture of cloud applications
Responsible for the thorough documentation of implementations, via technical documentation and run-books
Apply adept understanding and experience with systems automation platforms and technologies
Provide subject matter expertise on information security architecture and systems engineering to other IT and business teams
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, security threats, vulnerabilities, and controls
Engage in the technical design of solutions based on use cases and business requirements
Reduce time-to-detect and time-to-remediate by driving the automation of applied threat intelligence and sensor enrichment
Develop and expand the API framework to interconnect Security Tools

Essential Skills/ Qualification/ Experience

M.Tech or B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or Information Technology from a reputed institute with 3+ experience
Hands-on experience with two or more of following is a must : Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes, AWS Inspector, AWS Trusted Advisor, AWS GuardDuty, ScoutSuite
Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins & AWS Cloud is a must; GCloud (optional)
Excellent scripting skills on two or more of the following: Python, NodeJS, Ruby, Linux/UNIX Shell/BASH (must),Powershell and DevOps skills
Exceptional skills on Linux/Unix Operating system, Networking, Virtualized environments, and troubleshooting complex system issues
At least 3+ years of experience and hands-on expertise in tuning IDS/IPS, DDOS prevention, Cloud Security and Cloud audit tools
In depth understanding of TCP/IP protocols, PKI, SSL, SSH, HTTPS, etc
Expertise in AWS Security Fundamentals. Good to have: AWS Certified Security / AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
A strong hands-on work style that is results-oriented, pragmatic, multi-tasking, and embracing high-quality standards
Excellent Leadership and communication skills ie Verbal, Written, Technical & Interpersonal skills
Understanding of Secure Coding Practices
Knowledge of RESTful web services (client-server application)
Relevant security certifications such as OSCP, ISC2 CISSP, SANS, CEH, etc. are a major plus
