reporting matter in term of quality, explanation and timing
- Controller is in charge of driving the
reporting processes of the group
- Controller is in charge of all the P&L
elements reported and ensure the accuracy of it
- Focus on providing quality information to the
Business with proper explanation for all the elements of the P&L
- Review of monthly stock reports
- Explain the figures provided in the different
report
- Drive ad-hoc analysis asked by the business in
complement
- Challenge the different aspect of the business
- Propose new actions to the business in order
to be more efficient
