Job Description

CLUSTER HEADS

Job Description:

  • Responsible for increasing the Bank's market share, profitability and entire volume on its range of Banking products, third party products & services in the designated area. 
  • Should be able to evaluate market needs, explore opportunities and evolve marketing & sales strategies accordingly and also promote cross selling. 
  • Responsible for overall administration, MIS reporting, compliance and service quality of branches in the cluster.

Eligibility:

  • Profile: Graduation (regular) or PG in any discipline with 12+ years of Experience in Retail Banking with focus on Retail Banking sales, with at least 5 years as Branch Head. 
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills are must. 
  • Must be proficient in managing regulatory requirements. 
  • Team building and team management skills are the most valued traits.

Locations: Patna, Raipur, Bengaluru, Amaravati, Chandrapur, Kanyakumari, Madurai, Salem, Mumbai, Bhopal,Jabalpur and Karnataka .
