Responsible for client relationships and account management for portfolios at middle management level Build strong relationships and sell and farm opportunities to meet or exceed top-line targets for assigned portfolios and expand our footprints in the client organization Management monitoring and control of KPIs within the Portfolios financial Topline margins and operational DSO Utilization SLAs Accountable for program and project delivery in a combination of managed services and staff augmentation requirements in a highly competitive landscape Agility and passion to ensure success in a fast-paced highly competitive growth account Specifications Experience Skills Education Postgraduate qualification from top business school Primary Skills Must have Strong foundation in Project Delivery Operation Management Financial Accounting Contract governance Forecasting Budgeting Compliance Management and Reporting Prior experience in Financial Services domain Executive level communication presentation and interpersonal skills Good analytical and structured thinking problem-solving attitude Secondary Skills Nice to have Prior experience in the areas of Account Management Relationship Management Business Development in a Tier 1 IT organization Ability to drive large Transition 100 people in an onsite-offshore model
