Job Description

Drives Partner branches for SOP adherence.
Managing a cluster of branches within 6 hours travel distance.
Owns performance of the branches.
Travels to branches.
Camps at branches till issues fixed.
Acts as the SPOC for all stakeholders & partners SPOCs & assures service quality.
Collaborates with necessary departments internally to sort partner issues & drives partner on company agenda.
Sound Logistics ops knowledge.
Highly flexible with working environment.
Decision making , willing to move to any location for a short notice and stay.
Should be flexible for stretched working hours.
