Job Description

Ability to create teams and drive sales performance. Will be required to take complete ownership of Vehicle Loan at sub-regional level.
Strong Relationship Management skills including managing dealers
Ability to engage with customers, colleagues, agencies & dealers.
Plan & execute Marketing and Sales promotion
Ability to plan and coordinate
Team Leading Experience is highly preferred
Good Computer knowledge.
Characteristics of Entrepreneurial Behavior Ability to plan, set goals, initiative, persistence, self-discipline, capacity to take risks, produce support networks and assess the market
Establishes a friendly and professional relationship with the entire team
Candidate must have 3-5 years experience of Two Wheeler Loan Sales in same location with team handling experience. (Sales executives/ counter staff). Experience in other Vehicle Categories along with Two Wheeler will get preference.
