Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation
2. Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments and collections
3. Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledger accounts
4. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review
5. Support the finance team in conducting financial analysis and generating various management information system (MIS) reports
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial transactions and reporting
7. Assist in compliance-related activities and documentation
8. Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a consistent academic record of 70% or above throughout academics
2. Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is required
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
7. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of finance and accounting
