We do have Excellent Opening for Market Cluster Development In-charge (Sales Executive or Sr Sales Executive) (Preferably from Building Materials, Cement, Paint, Adhesives, Tiles, Water Proofing, Wall Putty and Bath Room Fittings with leading Building Materials Solutions in Erode.


Client is a leading name in tile & stone installation Products, delivers innovative solutions that has set new benchmarks in performance, quality, ease of use and economy. Member of the Indian Green Building Council.

Manufactures of Screeds, Water Proofing, Adhesives, Grouts, Tile and Stone Care, Wall Putty and Plasters.


Designation: Market Cluster Development In-charge (Sales Executive or Sr Sales Executive). (Preferably from any Building Materials, Cement, Paint, Adhesives, Tiles, Water Proofing, Wall Putty and Bath Room Fittings)


Required Qualification: Should be Any graduate or MBA (Marketing).


Exp - 2- 8 years

Job Profile:

* Achieve 
Sales Targets through Channel Partners/Distributors/Dealers/Key Accounts
* Ensure & maintain timely collections from existing Dealers/Distributors/Key Accounts
Business Development & Market Expansion through New dealer/distributor addition
* Competitor Analysis for continuous improvement in product/services & report the same
* New Account acquisition through enumerating the business model & profit/opportunities
* Create & maintain Customer Relationships and Customer Satisfaction.
* Communicate effectively with partners, team, peers, supervisors & cross functional team
* Formulate 
sales strategies basis data analysis, updating MIS on an on-going basis,
* Maintain & improve market share of assigned territory
* Plan & execute 
Marketing activities at channel partner's business place & assigned area
* Meet Builders, Architects & Own-house Builders for new orders/conversions
* Plan, Execute & Coordinate Technical Meets for Key Influencers, Decision makers
* Resolve Customer/Channel Partner complaints on products/services
* Follow Key Accounts & Follow Project leads and its effective conversion
* Achieve Secondary 
Sales through Sub-dealers/influencers & tertiary sales from end-users.


Maintain and grow retail or project segment of the assigned territory as per targets assigned.
Generate Business from the key holders like engineers, architects & contractor
Building the business within the territory using a variety of 
sales techniques
Administrating primary & secondary 
Maintaining customer relationships & Budget payments
Finding ways to ensure efficiency of 
sales operations
Arranging meetings with potential customers and selling product offerings 

Coordinating with marketing team for conducting Sales promotional meets and Brand promotional activities.



Job Description:

Maintain and grow retail and/or project segment of the assigned territory as per targets assigned.

Responsible for all collection of payments as per the commercial policy of Client

Responsible for communicating all activities on a regular basis to his/her manager and HQ.Report his/her daily activities to the manager as per set format.

Responsible for collecting and sharing market intelligence in their assigned territory.

Responsibilities in the Role

(Description of all the activities performed by the role incumbent in the role with specific focus on Operational and Supervisory responsibilities, results, Status Reports, Record keeping and documentation etc.)

As a focal point, with the responsibility to drive the growth of the product in the designated region, he/ she is responsible for the below activities:

Trade Marketing - Channel Partners

Lead, Direct & co - ordinate the companys marketing activities in his/her geographical area. Oversee the implementation of trade marketing strategy of the company in his/her geographical area.

Responsible for building and maintaining productive and profitable relationships with various channel partners i.e. RBAs, Distributors and Influencers like architects, consultants, contractors, masons, govt agencies etc.

Constantly interact with existing and prospective partners and educate them on SP - 100.

Proactively ensure that channel partners are kept informed of new products schemes for SP - 100; promotion activities and other aspects impacting SP -100 sales.

Organize and conduct periodic product awareness programs/training programs for channel partners/their staff. Maintain tracker, calendar for meets and Pre and Post meets productivity.

Scout and convert leads for Small Projects. Maintain and build Pipeline.

Sales Management & Administration

Implements the Annual Sales plans for SP -100 in the given geographical area.

Enhance Brand Visibility and Branding

Ensure that Sales Promoters regularly submit periodic stock reports and review the stock position at each outlet & warehouse.

Ensure that Sales Promoters inspect each dealers outlet and warehouse to establish existing stock levels and potential sales.

Ensure that Sales Promoters are creating Brand Visibility ensuring Company Products are prominently & attractively displayed at each outlet

Ensure that each dealer showroom displays are mapped, and details are updated at the regional office.

Ensure that each Sales Promoter personally inspects the specified dealer displays periodically and provides required point of sales support to the dealers.

Review dealer displays during personal visits and ensure SP 100 is advantageously placed over competitors product.

Recommend to Regional Product Development Manager/Lead Product Manager.

Special offers/promotions to be bunched to mitigate impact from competitor activity.

Special Promotions during specific periods including price display, advertisement and other merchandising support.

Co-ordinate the launch of all product promotion activities and provides adequate support to all channel partners in the specified geographical area.

Continuously monitors the local environment for announcement of new projects and maintains close liaison with nodal implementation agencies.

Works with Regional Product Development Manager and Project Sales Teams to submit proposals to market SP -100 to these projects.

Assist in submitting competitive bids and works towards effective closure of the deal.

Scouts, tracks and converts Sales leads from Small Projects.


Monitor sales activity especially pricing, through all channels/ influences in order to:

Prevent price undercutting

Cross Sell to marginal dealers across segments and initiate appropriate actions as required.
