Materials, Cement, Paint, Adhesives, Tiles, Water Proofing, Wall Putty and Bath
Room Fittings)

Job Description:
• Meeting
with Architect, Builders and civil contractors to generate sales.
* Coordination between
the civil contractor and Engineer.
* Dealer manage for
Invoices and payment collection.

As a focal point, with the responsibility to drive the growth of
the product in the designated region, he/ she is responsible for the below
activities:
Trade Marketing - Channel Partners
· Lead,
Direct & co - ordinate the company’s marketing activities in his/her
geographical area. Oversee the implementation of trade marketing strategy of
the company in his/her geographical area.
- Responsible for
building and maintaining productive and profitable relationships with various
channel partners i.e. RBAs, Distributors and Influencers like architects,
consultants, contractors, masons, govt agencies etc.
- Constantly
interact with existing and prospective partners and educate them on SP - 100.
- Proactively
ensure that channel partners are kept informed of new products schemes for SP -
100; promotion activities and other aspects impacting SP -100 sales.
- Organize and
conduct periodic product awareness programs/training programs for channel
partners/their staff. Maintain tracker, calendar for meets and Pre and Post
meets productivity.
- Scout and
convert leads for Small Projects. Maintain and build Pipeline.
Sales Management & Administration
Implements the Annual Sales plans for SP -100 in the given
geographical area.
· Enhance
Brand Visibility and Branding
- Ensure that
Sales Promoters regularly submit periodic stock reports and review the stock
position at each outlet & warehouse.
- Ensure that
Sales Promoters inspect each dealer’s outlet and warehouse to establish
existing stock levels and potential sales.
- Ensure that
Sales Promoters are creating Brand Visibility – ensuring Company Products are
prominently & attractively displayed at each outlet
- Ensure that
each dealer showroom displays are mapped, and details are updated at the
regional office.
- Ensure that
each Sales Promoter personally inspects the specified dealer displays
periodically and provides required point of sales support to the dealers.
- Review dealer
displays during personal visits and ensure SP – 100 is advantageously placed
over competitor’s product.
· Recommend
to Regional Product Development Manager/Lead Product Manager.
- Special
offers/promotions to be bunched to mitigate impact from competitor activity.
- Special
Promotions during specific periods including price display, advertisement and
other merchandising support.
· Co-ordinate
the launch of all product promotion activities and provides adequate support to
all channel partners in the specified geographical area.
· Continuously
monitors the local environment for announcement of new projects and maintains
close liaison with nodal implementation agencies.
- Works with
Regional Product Development Manager and Project Sales Teams to submit
proposals to market SP -100 to these projects.
- Assist in
submitting competitive bids and works towards effective closure of the deal.
- Scouts, tracks
and converts Sales leads from Small Projects.
Administrative
Monitor sales activity especially pricing, through all channels/
influencers in order to Prevent price undercutting
- Cross Sell to marginal dealers across segments and initiate
appropriate actions as required.
