Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to producing work of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines such as lathes, mills, or grinders to perform machining operations.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand machining requirements.
Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly.
Select the appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and accessories for each job.
Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and efficient operation.
Monitor the machining process and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and dimensional requirements.
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they remain in good working condition.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems that may arise during the machining process.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
