Must know 2D and 3D designing.
Must have knowledge of Autocad and Art Cam
Knowledge of Drawings and Measuring Instruments.
Knowledge of all safety precautions.
Bogie machining, machining of various components, coding, Analyze and select all cutting tools and speed for CNC programs

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain CNC machines to manufacture parts according to blueprints and work orders.

Set and calibrate machines to ensure the accuracy of the final product.

Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet the required specifications or make adjustments as needed to correct defects.

Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition.

Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on machinery in case of malfunctions.

Observe and adhere to safety protocols, as well as follow established quality control standards.

Collaborate with other production team members to optimize processes and minimize waste.
