1. Managing and coordinating activities for the smooth functioning of operations, including management of office equipment.
2. Accountable for operating budgets for center operations and hospitality.
3. Review business processes on an ongoing basis and recommends improvements.
4. Recommend solutions to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
5. Review center designs and provide inputs regarding improving space efficiency.
6. Highlight any practical concerns or maintenance related issues that may impede smooth operations of the center.
7. Provide feedback to the management and design team on issues observed in operational centers so that corrective action can be taken in the design of new centers.
8. Appoint and manage vendors for facility management, including for housekeeping, F&B, internet.
9. Coordinating with the vendors for the negotiations and quality checks of the products procured for the office. 10. Maintaining effective office administration for better coordination in the office premises.
11. Oversee day to day operations of the centers.
12. Ensure a great member experience at the centers. Take initiatives to create member delight. Engage with members regularly to understand issues, if any, and resolve proactively. 13. Hire and manage the operations team. 14. Conducting a security survey of the site with respect to manpower deployment and gadgets etc. 15. Taking care of policy, compliance, Contracts, Projects Management, Procurement, Bills processing. 16. Review, analyze and monitor the services and the performance of service providers. 17. Coordination with different departments to communicate policies. 18. Ensure the smooth flow of communication with customers in case of any issues and fix them at the earliest.
