· Lead recruitment strategy and develop relevant tools and procedures to attract talent & build a strong talent pipeline for COE
· Drive end to end talent acquisition activities– including sourcing, selection and offer closure process
· Collaborate with hiring managers and conduct behavioural interviews to get the right talent for all positions
· Implement recruitment analytics and maintain recruitment/hiring dashboards
· Support the employer branding for COE by engaging via digital platforms, campus engagements - Hackathons, Quiz/Contest etc
· Drive the Diversity and Inclusion strategy through various interventions to achieve the diversity ratios as defined by the organization
· Manage the leadership hiring for COE
