Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Calling the customers to remind their due date of the instalment.
Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI
payment.
Explain the consequences to customer of not paying on time.

Desired Candidate Profile

Decent communication Skills both written and verbal (Hindi and English).
Good observation skills and presentable.
Fresh graduates or people with maximum 1 year experience in any area.
