Job Description

Job Description:

We are currently hiring for DRA and Non DRA Certified Collections Executives for our Domestic BPO Division.
Candidate will be responsible for calling and visit to the customers place who have pending dues with the bank and achieving the collections target deputed to them.
Candidate will be responsible for giving the daily update about their Collections Target to their respective Team Leader
Candidate will be responsible for coordination with the Client Base for any escalation

Eligibility Criteria :

Candidate should be a DRA Certified Candidate with minimum 6 Months Experience in Collections
Candidate should have average to good communication in English along with one regional.
Candidate should have completed minimum SSLC.
Fresher Also Can Apply.
Attractive Salary Package / Incentives Applicable
Working Days - Monday to Saturday
Shift Timings - 7 AM 4 PM
