Able it solutions jobs - Collection Agent

Collections experience of minimum 2 yrs.

Job Role:

-The candidate is supposed to make outbound phone calls to delinquent customers. And help in collection due/over-due amount from the customers.
-The candidate must meet daily/weekly / Monthly business targets assigned by the Team lead
the agent is supposed to meet all the required KPI metric (Time on system, handling time, Call wrap time etc.)

-The candidate will have to maintain regular follow-ups with the customers who have committed to make repayments.

The candidate is supposed to do daily reporting on the amount collected and feedback of accounts as defined by the Tera leader

-The candidate must be hard working and must follow all office routines and hygiene

-Taking care of collection and recovery in Lending portfolio.

-Handling individual targets
-Managing daily and weekly targets as to facilitate the monthly targets.
-Ensuring adherence to processes, compliance and audit related activities.
-No delay in deposition.
-Responsible for collection efficiency on timely manner.
-Understanding & Managing Healthy Portfolio.

Key Skills:

-Graduate
-2 - 3 yrs experience in Collections.
-Good communication
-High level of self-drive/enthusiasm.
