Good Verbal and written communication skill.  Good Listening Skill, this will help a debt collector to determine a solution.  Negotiate payment terms and schedules. Minimize Objections for payments and suggest various payment plans. Accept payment over the phone and make detailed notes of the entire conversation with the consumer. Comply with company policies and Quality guidelines. Shift timing – 8.30PM-5.30AM Salary Range– 22000-INR-32000 INR Monthly Gross. Incentive – Up to 7000-INR Fixed off on Sat & Sun (1 Saturday working in a month) Transport- Pick up drop from Mira Road to Office Pick up drop from Thane Station to Office Additional Transport Reimbursement for employee not availing transport. Requirements: Experience in an international BPO (US Process)
