Job Description of Collection Executive:
1. Follow up with regular / defaulter customer for repayment of loans as per the allocation.
2. Ensure the customer is treated very well during the regular /overdue follow up.
3. Adopt different strategies for collection at different point of time.
4. Trace the defaulter and explain him the consequence of not paying the dues.
5. Ensure that collection process and legal guidelines to be adhered.
6. Initiate the process of reporting full details about non-payment customer details to the legal team.
7. Maintaining relationship and cross sell of other product.
Languages known - English, Hindi, Marathi, any other Language will be an added advantage.
Salary Package –Rs12000 to Rs 25000
