ROLES AND RESPOSIBILITY :-
Debtors Updating : Maintain accurate records of debtor accounts, including updates on transactions related to AMC/OTR/SPARE.
Preparation of Payment Advices: Generate payment advisories for AMC/OTR/SPARE transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Monitor Suspense Payments: Regularly review suspense payments and take necessary actions to reconcile and resolve outstanding balances.
Due Payment Letter: Prepare and send due payment letters to debtors for outstanding balances, adhering to established timelines and protocols.
Customer/Debtors Reconciliation: Conduct reconciliations between customer accounts and debtor records to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Outstanding Follow-up with Marketing Manager & Consignee: Collaborate with Marketing Managers and consignees to follow up on outstanding payments, providing necessary support and documentation.
Coordination with Marketing Manager for JRN & PTC: Coordinate with Marketing Managers to facilitate the processing of Job Receipt Notes (JRN) and Purchase Tax Certificate (PTC) for debt collection purposes.
Coordination with Delhi Team for PTC Payment: Liaise with the Delhi team to facilitate payments related to Purchase Tax Certificate (PTC) for efficient debt recovery.
Generation of Power of Attorney's: Prepare and issue Power of Attorney documents as required for debt collection activities.
Generation of SD&BG Refund Letter: Generate letters for Security Deposit (SD) and Bank Guarantee (BG) refunds upon receipt of final payments from debtors.
Generation of BG Received Letter: Prepare letters acknowledging the receipt of Bank Guarantees (BG) for submission to the bank as per established procedures.
Follow-up with Contractor for Shramik Kalyan Document: Communicate with contractors to obtain necessary Shramik Kalyan documents for compliance purposes.
