Collection officer - 

Job Description -

a.        To ensure maximum Collections and Recoveries

b.       All Customers to be followed up and visited for Collections.

c.        Monthly Resolution and Money Collections Targets are met

d.       Providing timely feedback and update to Collections Manager to track productivity and account-wise feedback and thereafter necessary action to be taken

Qualifications  Graduate or HSC pass out (Graduate preferred)

Exp: 1-3 years of experience required in Financial services preferably NBFCs/Banks experience of Collections and Recovery is essential.

Reporting to : Collection Manager/ Cluster Business Manager

Age limit – 21-32 years

Skills required –

Ø  Candidate should have experience in Unsecured Loans.

Ø  Candidates with Personal Loan experience will be preferred

Compensation – Salary + Conveyance + incentives
