Job Description
Designation- Collection Telecaller
Qualification- Graduate (any).
Location- Kolkata (Dalhousie)
Salary- 10K inhand approx for Freshers
Experience- Freshers
Shift time- 9.30 to 6.30 pm
6 days working in week.
6 days working in week.
Responsibilities:
Call the customers and inform them about their EMI's and Collect the EMI's of customers.
Maintain MIS.
Mail Communication.
Take calls from customers and do outbound calling.
Coordinating with field collection executive for smooth EMI process.
Collaborating on debt collection efforts with Accounts, Sales, and the Legal Department.
Developing debt collection strategies and plans with team leader.
Preventing repeated payment delinquency by negotiating manageable debt payments.
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.
