Job Description

Job Opening: Collection Specialist

No. of Openings: 1

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities

Role/Department Description:
  • 30%Reconciles BOA bank statements daily by ensuring data entry is correct and proper payments are applied, and obtaining any necessary documentation from clients to apply appropriate tax withholding.
  • Ensures that invoices match payments
  • 40% Manages the collections process for assigned accounts which includes reviewing account information, contacting clients about outstanding invoices, and working with internal Legal team and outside collections agencies on the status of outstanding accounts.
  • Ensures that FDS receives money owed for services
  • 15% Responds to client requests and inquiries about billing, payment terms. Ensures a high level of customer service to FDS clients
Required Skills:
  • Customer service Working with internal & external clients
  • High attention to detail and organization Invoice/billing accuracy
  • Proactive work style Completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Basic knowledge of excel Analyze data
