Cook menu items in accordance to the recipe provided.
Coordination with Shift Manager or CDP on duty for work instructions/requests
Ensure timely cleaning of kitchen utensils & equipment’s and perform the necessary duties
Check equipment daily to ensure they are in good working condition and promptly report any defects to immediate superior/Restaurant Manager
Assist in the set up and break down of service areas for daily operation
Cleans stoves, ovens, grills, refrigerators, and using cleaning solutions, brushes and wash cloths.
Washes utensils, such as pots, pans, and trays by hand using cleaning detergents. Washes dishware, glasses, and cutlery by hand or machine. Drains dries and stacks items after washing.
Stock inventory appropriately in coordination with CDP/Chef
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers
Other duties as assigned.
