  • Cook menu items in accordance to the recipe provided.
  • Coordination with Shift Manager or CDP on duty for work instructions/requests
  • Ensure timely cleaning of kitchen utensils & equipment’s and perform the necessary duties
  • Check equipment daily to ensure they are in good working condition and promptly report any defects to immediate superior/Restaurant Manager
  • Assist in the set up and break down of service areas for daily operation
  • Cleans stoves, ovens, grills, refrigerators, and using cleaning solutions, brushes and wash cloths.
  • Washes utensils, such as pots, pans, and trays by hand using cleaning detergents. Washes dishware, glasses, and cutlery by hand or machine. Drains dries and stacks items after washing.
  • Stock inventory appropriately in coordination with CDP/Chef
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers
  • Other duties as assigned.
