Knowledge of different technologies like UNIX Windows Database Oracle SQL Sybase just the knowledge is good enough Prior command center experience Working on weekends Idea about transformation migration activation Any automation done in previous organization Hands on Change Process Prepare and review Run Books 5 6 years of Experience in IT Infra Drive Weekend Changes along with the relevant Stakeholders Key point of contact during the Execution Change Window Involve the right teams if any Road blocks during Change Window Send out the Comms to the Management and to the concerned Stakeholders Good in MS Excel Reporting ITIL Certified Excellent Comms Skills Excellent Written Skills
