Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services market, preferably in the project management space across loan operations and/or loan technology
- The ideal candidate will be a consistent high performer with a positive attitude, be detail-oriented with a strong aptitude around operational / technological issues and data
- Outstanding document / presentation / project update abilities (creation / evolution) for senior executive level consumption
- Excellent ability to own pieces of work, project milestones, meetings from beginning to end keeping all related action owners accountable with timely completion
- Demonstrated experience supporting initiatives across all project management phases from inception to closure including operational readiness, training and process mapping
- Strong data analysis / quantitative / technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new metrics, processes, and datasets
- Ability to partner w/ Business, Technology & Operations partners to recommend value add solutions and strategic / tactical ideas
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills with superb execution and delivery under commitments
- Highly-effective verbal and written communication skills with ability to command / push back / influence senior executive level individuals
- Demonstrated expert level ability with Microsoft Office Applications (Project, Power Point w/ PitchPro+, Word, Excel, Pivot Tables)
- Strong SharePoint development / enhancement skills
