The Commercial Operations Data Specialist is a Commercial Operations Team member dedicated to managing and maintaining the data aggregation and load processes for the Commercial Operations and Information Technology teams. The incumbent must have expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience with Salesforce and Qlik are a plus. The Commercial Operations Data Specialist must have a good understanding of back-end IT systems, master data and analytics platforms. This person will work in conjunction with the Commercial Operations and Information Technology staff to manage sales reporting data and facilitate related business processes. Responsibilities include ongoing support of data warehouse data loads, sales operations master data management, simple sales operations report creation, data extraction to Excel, and Salesforce.com master data management. The Commercial Operations Data Specialist must be able to work independently, with minimal direction but ensure that all work products conform to established process flows and master data integrity is maintained at the highest possible level. This role is critical to grow, support, and govern business intelligence providing insightful reporting and analytics to drive competitive advantage. The individual must interact with people at all levels of the organization. The ability to work from home is required and extended hours may be required when deadlines are critical.
