Responsibilities:-

Decorating cakes based on customer preferences and design requests.

- Utilizing various icing techniques, tools, and decorations to create visually appealing designs.

- Ensuring the quality and presentation of finished products.

- Collaborating with customers to understand their specific requests and preferences.

- Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

- Managing inventory of decorating supplies and ingredients.

- Staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in cake decoration

Assisting Head Baker: Assist in the preparation of ingredients, mixing dough, baking, and decorating items under the direction of the Head Baker.

Maintaining Kitchen Hygiene: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.

Stock Management: Ensure that all ingredients and supplies are stored properly and kitchen tools are maintained well.

Learning and Development: Learn various baking techniques and processes for the production of bakery goods.

Adhering to Recipes: Follow recipes to maintain the quality and consistency of our baked goods.
